As part of our stringent Quality Assurances Process we monitor our staff, our procedures and the feedback from our service uses. We strive to learn from this feedback and improve and adapt any areas identified, special focus is given to our front line services, the support, management structures and the procedures that may be followed. The feedback also allows us to ensure, and has ensured, that our service users are receiving the high level of service we strive to give and the service users deserve.

 

Every member of the K2 Care team are chosen after going through our strict recruitment process (including a Criminal Record Bureau Check) and have to follow our comprehensive Induction Process.

 

The structure and build up of K2 Care allows us to offer a wide range of Personal and Support services, tailored not only to their immediate physical needs but also to their cultural and personal preferences.

 

K2 Care actively recruit members of all minorities to ensure that if required our service user could request a care team who under stand their cultural and religious specifics.

 

The actual care each Service users will receive will be tailored particularly to them. The type and level of care will be monitored periodically and whenever the need may arise. This allows us to rapidly respond to changes in circumstances, thus maintaining our high level of service.
